Now she is pursuing her education in Associate Risk Management (ARM) from the USA. She also holds many professional specialised certificates and attended many training courses.

Maysa has over 12 years of rich and varied experience in the insurance and reinsurance sector. In the past she occupied senior positions in Arab Insurance Group and Globemed Bahrain W.L.L. She occupied the position of Deputy General Manager in the company before her appointment as the General Manager of the company. She is a management invitee to the meetings of the Audit and Risk committee, Executive Committee and Nomination Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committee of the company.
